回顾历史我(wo)们可(ke)以知道,世(shi)界上第一(yi)(yi)台(tai)正(zheng)式的(de)数控(kong)车床(chuang)诞(dan)生于上世(shi)纪(ji)(ji)的(de)50年(nian)代左右(you),当时(shi)美国(guo)帕森斯公司接受(shou)美国(guo)空(kong)军(jun)委托制造飞(fei)机(ji)的(de)螺旋桨加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)设(she)备,因为精度要求较高,必须(xu)有计算机(ji)来(lai)进(jin)行数控(kong)这(zhei)时(shi)候(hou)该公司在(zai)(zai)美国(guo)麻省(sheng)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)学院(MIT)伺服(fu)机(ji)构研究室的(de)协助下才开始了(le)数控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)应(ying)用,在(zai)(zai)1952年(nian)试制成功的(de)数控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)机(ji)械发(fa)明了(le),在(zai)(zai)过了(le)5年(nian)左右(you)的(de)完善1957年(nian)这(zhei)种加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)设(she)备被(bei)正(zheng)式投入使(shi)用,这(zhei)也(ye)是现代加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中心(xin)的(de)基本(ben)雏(chu)形,当时(shi)我(wo)国(guo)国(guo)内也(ye)是工(gong)(gong)(gong)业发(fa)展的(de)兴起时(shi)代在(zai)(zai)1958年(nian)左右(you)我(wo)国(guo)也(ye)对数控(kong)机(ji)床(chuang)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)设(she)备进(jin)行研制开发(fa),此后(hou)在(zai)(zai)随(sui)着20世(shi)纪(ji)(ji)中后(hou)期电子技术的(de)高速发(fa)展数字化信号控(kong)制机(ji)床(chuang)运动的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)控(kong)制方式变(bian)的(de)越(yue)来(lai)越(yue)成熟,在(zai)(zai)此以后(hou),从1960年(nian)开始,其(qi)他一(yi)(yi)些工(gong)(gong)(gong)业国(guo)家,如德国(guo)、日本(ben)都陆(lu)续开发(fa)、生产及(ji)使(shi)用了(le)数控(kong)机(ji)床(chuang)。

 

在时间到(dao)了(le)1960年左右很多机械工(gong)(gong)业生产大国开(kai)(kai)始(shi)批(pi)量的(de)(de)(de)生产配有(you)晶体管数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)(de)三坐标数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)铣床(chuang)(chuang),到(dao)了(le)1965年以(yi)后(hou),点位控(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)设备得到(dao)了(le)迅(xun)速发(fa)展(zhan),同(tong)时也(ye)迅(xun)速的(de)(de)(de)推动(dong)了(le)坐标镗床(chuang)(chuang)、数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)铣床(chuang)(chuang)、冲床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)大量发(fa)展(zhan),随着数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)发(fa)展(zhan)不断深入(ru)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心也(ye)开(kai)(kai)始(shi)逐渐(jian)开(kai)(kai)始(shi)成(cheng)熟,在后(hou)来一(yi)(yi)种具有(you)自动(dong)换刀(dao)装(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机床(chuang)(chuang),它能(neng)实现工(gong)(gong)件一(yi)(yi)次装(zhuang)卡(ka)而进(jin)行多工(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)并且可以(yi)缩短(duan)机床(chuang)(chuang)上零件的(de)(de)(de)装(zhuang)卸时间和更(geng)换刀(dao)具的(de)(de)(de)时间,这(zhei)就是(shi)现在数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本形状,在到(dao)了(le)上世纪(ji)60年代的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)期(qi)英国的(de)(de)(de)机床(chuang)(chuang)制造业界把几台数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机床(chuang)(chuang)连(lian)接成(cheng)具有(you)柔性的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)系(xi)(xi)统(tong),而微处理器直(zhi)接用于数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机床(chuang)(chuang),使数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)软件功(gong)能(neng)加(jia)强。
